SUGGESTED ADAPTATIONS TO THIS TOUR:
* From Delhi An ideal way to complete your visit to India is to spend some time relaxing on the beach. Goa is only a short flight from Delhi and has many high quality hotels. You may also fly to Cochin, spend a night in the backwaters of Kerala on a rice boat, and then continue to a beach resort. Or a further alternative is to travel by rail to the former British summer capital of Shimla. The climate here is cooler, with spectacular Himalayan views during the winter months and you can spend time walking in the surrounding area or exploring the colonial heritage of this summer retreat.
